About ENDURANCE ARABIANS

Welcome to Stirling Endurance Arabians the breeding ground for some of Australia’s most successful endurance Arabians. With lush, rolling paddocks and hundreds of kilometres of diverse endurance tracks through the neighbouring Imbil State Forest, Stirling Endurance Arabians is set in the picturesque Mary Valley about two hours north of Brisbane, Australia.

The stud forms part of an 80-acre Stirling’s Crossing estate, which is also home to Australia’s first purpose-built endurance facility ― Stirling’s Crossing Equestrian Complex. Property owner, Matthew Sample knows only too well what constitutes exceptional endurance horses having represented his country in the Australian Endurance Squad and won Australian endurance riding’s most prestigious event, the Tom Quilty Cup in 2009.

It is this passion for endurance riding along with his families strong ties to the sport over the past 40 years that has seen Stirling Endurance Arabians (formerly Sample Endurance & Training Stables) develop a reputation for breeding high quality Arabians with impressive track records.
